Fantasy Island Balloon Ride
Linnenmaki Amusement Park Nodding Clown

WGH established its place in the market place by being willing to undertake one off-special projects at fixed price.

One of the more high profile projects being the interactive balloon ride which gives young children the feeling of flying a balloon, pull the gas valve and the balloon rises; let go and it descends and if no action is taken the balloon goes into automatic operation.

The rotating barrel is an old established means of disorienting the visitor and can either rotate 360° or oscillate to give the sensation of swinging. An unexpected but appropriate and successful application was the space shuttle experience at the science museum in Valencia, Spain.

Lift simulators have been successful used not only in lift applications but in boat rides.

Simplified motion bases have been employed to realistically simulate the rolling motion of boats and balloons.

Rotating loading platforms up to 20 metre diameter have been built for both boat rides and dark rides and smaller units have been used in museum displays.

WGH has also supplied the mechanisms and control systems for many animated displays and features.
